How to use an OSSBuy spreadsheet

A practical route from an OSSBuy spreadsheet find to checking a listing, reviewing warehouse photos and preparing a parcel.

1. Find a product

Open the product spreadsheet to browse real photos, search product names, filter categories and source USD prices, or switch to the table view. Each pictured product links to its observed MaisonLooks listing in a new tab. Use the category guides for measurement and QC checklists. This site does not take orders or payments.

2. Keep the exact listing

Record the seller link, selected size, colour and version. When a listing offers several variations, a headline price or shared photo may not describe the one you want. Confirm availability and the current price at the destination.

3. Compare before you order

Shortlist a few alternatives. Compare measurements, what is included, available evidence and the likely delivered cost. A spreadsheet entry is a starting point, not a guarantee of quality or stock.

4. Order through your chosen agent

Follow the agent’s current process for importing a seller link and selecting the exact variation. Check the final charges and applicable terms on that agent’s own website before paying.

5. Review the warehouse evidence

When your item arrives at the warehouse, compare it with the listing and your selected options. Request missing views or measurements while there is still time to resolve a problem.

6. Prepare the parcel

Check packed weight, dimensions, shipping acceptance, available lines and destination charges. Combine items only when the resulting parcel makes sense for your order. Keep order and tracking records private.

From a spreadsheet find to the right order

Which link should I give my shopping agent?

Keep two references: the MaisonLooks discovery page and the actual seller listing, if provided there. Check that the seller page matches the product and exact variation you want. Use your agent’s current import process with a supported seller URL. If you only have a discovery link or image, obtain the seller reference before paying; do not guess a seller address from a product name.

What should I record before placing an order?

Record the seller URL, selected size, colour, model or version, quantity, current option price and the measurements used to choose it. Note anything pictured but not explicitly included, such as a strap or shoebox. Keep questions separate from confirmed details in the comparison notes; a saved product card alone does not record your intended option.

Where do I track an order or ask about a return?

Use the account and order reference on the platform that accepted your payment. This directory cannot access order status, warehouse arrivals or return requests. Check the actual seller and agent’s current deadlines and charges while the item is still eligible for action. Keep personal order numbers out of public spreadsheet links. Read what this site can help with.

Use the checklist on your own finds

Start with the sneaker sizing and QC checklist, compare hoodie measurements and oversized fit, or choose from all category guides. Keep your actual links and evidence in the comparison tool.

For current agent policies and tools, use the official OSSBuy website and its help centre. This guide does not operate the agent service.
