Your bags checklist
Compare internal dimensions with your laptop, bottle or other items you need to carry.
Look closely at strap attachment points, handles, zipper teeth and lining.
Check the exact included strap, pouch or other accessory before ordering.
Account for protective packaging and volumetric weight, particularly for structured bags.
What dimensions matter most?
Check width, height, depth and opening size. A bag’s outer dimensions can overstate the space available inside, especially with thick lining or a narrow opening.
Will a laptop fit in this backpack?
Compare the laptop’s actual dimensions with the usable compartment and its opening, including depth. A screen-size label or the backpack’s outer height is not enough. Ask for internal measurements if the compartment is padded or tapered.
Which bag details should I inspect in QC?
Request views of the base, lining, strap attachments, handles, zipper and any removable parts. Check that the listed strap or pouch is included. Photos reveal visible construction but do not establish a load rating or long-term strap strength.
Should I include protective packaging in the quote?
Yes. Record the packed dimensions and actual weight with any protective materials included. Structured bags may need space to retain their shape; reducing packaging can change both protection and chargeable volume.
Keep the exact listing and measurements in the OSSBuy comparison tool. Use the warehouse QC checklist to record missing evidence and the shipping cost guide before comparing delivered totals.
A listing is a candidate, not a promise. Recheck the exact variant, current price and available evidence before ordering.
